Texas A&M has been awarded host status of the NCAA Indoor Championships in 2017 and 2018 along with the NCAA South Central region meet in cross country for 2015 and 2017.

A total of 13 victories and stellar performances highlighted the Aggie effort during the Texas A&M Reveille Invitational in front of 1,174 fans who enjoyed a cozy Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium on very cold Saturday afternoon.

Texas A&M will play host to its first indoor track meet of the season this Saturday with the Reveille Invitational starting at 3 p.m. in the Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium. Visiting teams include Houston, TCU and UT-San Antonio for the 3 hour meet.

Texas A&M track and field team will have an intra-squad pentathlon starting at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26, in the Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium. The event is free and open to the public with parking available in Lot 62 near Kyle Field.

Running on a muddy course, with race temperatures in the 20's, Texas A&M juniors Isaac Spencer and Hillary Montgomery competed in the NCAA Cross Country Championships amid gusting winds on Saturday at the LaVern Gibson Championship course Saturday.

Texas A&M will be represented by a pair of individual runners during the NCAA Cross Country Championships this Saturday as Aggie juniors Isaac Spencer and Hillary Montgomery each qualified for the national meet.

Texas A&M women tied for second at the South Central region meet on Friday while the Aggie men finished seventh on the Cottonwood Creek golf course as Isaac Spencer and Hillary Montgomery each advanced to the NCAA Championships.
